There is a private garden with outside furniture and a large gas BBQ and off street parking. There are public transport links from Glasgow to the ferry and a bus stop right opposite the property.

The building has been recently renovated to a very high standard to create a mixture of 1930s elegance with 21st century sophistication and style. Quality self catering accommodation on the Isle of Arran, Scotland, Large house sleeps 20.

The Big Beach House is the ideal celebration venue for a large group of friends on a golfing, hill walking, paragliding or cycling holiday, whisky tours or even fishing trips. Well behaved dogs are welcome by arrangement. This large property is beside the sandy beach of Sandbraes in Whiting Bay. There is a local grocery store less than a minute's walk from the house. Groceries can be pre-ordered and delivered to your accommodation prior to your arrival. A large children's play area and sports field is directly opposite the store.

Whiting Bay has its own golf course (one of 7 on the Isle of Arran) and many beautiful walks eg forestry walk to Glenashdale waterfall.
